Mum’s Workouts group training will help you get back into exercise – and you can bring your baby with you. (You don’t have to bring your baby!)

WHAT DOES THE SESSION INVOLVE?

Our Mums classes are run by qualified Mumsafe TM trainers. We are committed to ongoing education, partner with Womens Health Physios and are registered with AusActive. 

These sessions are:

  • Low impact exercises help mums to ease back into exercise
  • Focus on regaining core strength
  • Tailored to where you are at right now
  • Come and meet other like-minded mums!

WHAT TO BRING:
  • Water
  • Suitable shoes
  • Baby essentials (food, drinks, hat, nappies, toys etc if outdoor session)
  • Pram
  • Mat or blanket for baby

Mumsafe trainer

All sessions are taken by a qualified MumSafe Trainer. Rachel Leman is a MumSafe™ Level 1 Trainer and has completed 1 year of continued education & experience.
