As a woman and a mother of 3 children, I understand the needs of a woman’s body.
A strong woman (both physically and mentally) is so important in order to care for yourself and those around you. Your life has changed over the years and so has your body. Your training may also need to change in order to adapt and get you feeling fit and strong again, no matter what your age or stage in life. It’s all possible!
Having always been an active person it was important for me to remain active throughout my pregnancies. I believe that keeping active helped me remain healthy, assisted with the birthing process, and also helped me to return to exercise and start training again shortly after my babies were born. Besides all that, exercising just made me feel great, and gave me a little time to myself to recharge my batteries.
It seemed like a natural progression for me to study health and fitness and become a professional in the industry so I decided that it was time to stop thinking about it and just DO IT! I successfully completed my Certificates III & IV in Fitness and haven’t looked back.
After the birth of my children, I was keen to get back into training but didn’t feel comfortable leaving my babies with other people or in the gym creches.
Miss Motivator Women’s Workouts was born in 2012 and has evolved over the years to meet your needs. If you want to start feeling great again within a supportive environment, you’re in the right place!
All women are made different and that is why one exercise program simply does not fit all. I pride myself in taking extra care of each and every one of my clients to ensure they exercise safely. Options are always provided to ensure you get what YOU need each and every workout.

My love of exercise sparked in 2016 when I realised I needed to make some lifestyle changes after having my youngest daughter. I joined an all-women’s gym while still living in Perth and realised that exercise can be fun! I noticed the positive mental effects of regular exercise. I felt a part of a wonderful community, enjoyed being surrounded by other women in the gym and decided to study Certificate III and IV in Fitness.
After moving to Port Macquarie in 2021, I was lucky enough to find Miss Motivator, and with her by my side as my mentor, I am now a qualified Personal Trainer.
Being able to motivate and support women of all ages and levels with their goals is very exciting. At Miss Motivator, I see myself as an all-round trainer with a focus on small groups and Personal Training.

I have lived in beautiful Port Macquarie since 2001 and am a mother to three amazing sons. I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years, during which time I have worked with many women from all walks of life to achieve their goals and aspirations.
My qualifications are as a Personal Trainer and more recently as a Remedial Massage Therapist, and I am very passionate about assisting women to create lifelong healthy habits, with the ultimate aim of helping them to become the best version of themselves.
Through my role, I help educate and encourage women in the knowledge that fitness is forever and that it is never too late, too difficult, or too daunting to start being active and fit. I am passionate about connecting with women, hearing their stories, and finding out about their goals. I help them to develop a positive attitude towards exercise that will help them to drive themselves further than they thought possible. Assisting them as they create an active lifestyle and seeing all the benefits this brings to their daily lives is extremely rewarding.
I believe we are all different, and we have diverse needs, desires, and aims in life and fitness. I strive to support and encourage all members, regardless of age or fitness level.
I endeavour to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for all participants in our group settings. These sessions are designed to improve your strength, cardiovascular fitness, stability, and flexibility. You will meet other women on their own fitness journey and build friendships.

I have always been active, participating in a variety of sports from a young age. I have always enjoyed the feeling you get from exercising. I feel 'alive' when I am active!
I have always been interested in the human body and how it functions. This lead me to University, where I gained a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and later, a Graduate Diploma in Education.
I have taught PDHPE in High School in the past, however, I really enjoy and desire helping women reach their health and fitness goals. I have been achieving this for over 10 years at both Curves and FeelFit. During this time I also completed a Certificate 3 in Fitness.
It gives me great joy and satisfaction encouraging women to be THEIR personal best, Spirit, Soul and Body.
I firmly believe that what we believe about ourselves outworks in our lives so if I can help women create a more positive self belief system, this will manifest in healthy lifestyle choices and more overall contentment in life.
I love consulting members in Nutrition, coming alongside and supporting them on their weight loss journey.
To be there for them in the highs and lows. I want women to know their worth is not determined by a set of scales!
You can be truely happy and content with yourself no matter what age, shape or size you are!
