Get some ‘me’ time, get outside and get sweaty!
This session is a time for ladies to get some active “me” time, get outside and get sweaty!
Leave the kids and housework and do something just for yourself. Training with friends can be very effective, rewarding and fun.
A towel, water bottle, suitable shoes, suitable clothing depending on weather conditions (hat or jacket).
